      hmm.... If there is a player send you an item, you have to go to a place (Visitor district in Hawkoria city, Crane Harbor, The Ravenn Inn and Teasan's market in Teasan Village) that has a mail box available, and click on the mail box to receive the item.

      You will understand once I send you this little gift :)
