Materials to build inn in Lanfar TherianSaga
Figure 2. The table shows the possible cheapest materials to build an inn in Lanfar with 40 Comfort and 41 Prestige.

The building materials that are made of fir can be bought from NPC at the city of Hawkoria (Construction Yard). So, do not waste your time making those fir building materials. Also, the Linen Cloth and Linen Roof can be bought at Construction Yard which is at city of Hawkoria. The rest of the building materials like pine/maple/oak/Nuertesilicio walls and roofs need wood skill (carpenter) to make, and the sandstone/Marapis foundations require stone skill (masonry) to build. Complex cedar counter is made of  one zinc counter top and twenty ceder planks (require woodworking skill). Complex Limestone sculpture is made of 3 limestone blocks (require stonecutting skill).

*Use this information with cautious. Try to make one for each framework, wall, roofing, and foundation, and try them to build an inn on indicated location, and you will see whether these materials are capable to build the inn on the indicated location. These information are calculated based on theory; some are not tested yet.

*Always check to make sure that both the comfort and Prestige are 40 and 41, respectively.

  3. You might want to add what sort of costs are involved in clearing the land to place your inn, both in time involved and costs involved to clear enough space.

  4. I just followed your advice for an Inn in Howling Swamps. I came up 4 short on resistance. Your Pine Pile Foundation i think needs to be Cedar (atleast from what i was told by others), im in the process off building them to see if that works.

    2. Hiie Scorp10n, I have checked with the listed materials from the Figure 2. for the Howling Swamps, and there was no negative resistance shown when I was trying to build an inn on the Howling Swamps.
