Go to the Craneharbor -> Craneharbor Captancy (4th tab), and then talk to Viannar, Captain

How to complete the quest?
Go to a nearby location, which is [26,177], and to accomplish the quest you have to sleep in a camp for 15 minutes.

Where to get the reward?
Go back to the place where you activated the quest, and talk to the same guy to finish and obtain the reward.
