How to Discover the Town Square, Red Roof House, Lordly Estate, Fisherman's house and House on the Hill

You have to complete the first and second circles (first, second, third and fourth rounds; you can leave the last round undone) to discover the Town Square, Lordly Estate, Fisherman's house and House on the Hill in Gruffgoat Hills, Hawkoria; the first circle quest can be activated by talking to a npc, Fedar Betsamin at Teasan Village. Avidel Arena in Longwatch Hills, Hawkoria will pop out once you have activated the quest First Circle.

The quest First Circle, there are two choices you can choose; you can get the same rewards from both choices. You can choose "Enter the Arena" if you want to learn more about the battle in TherianSaga. If you think you are smart enough, you can just choose the "You think you're good enough?". It is very easy to complete the First Circle.

Brech Arena in Riverwood, Hawkoria will pop out once you talked to Fedar Betsamin at Teasan Village to begin the quest Second Circle. The first four battles of Second Circle is more challenge than the First Circle, but it is still fairly easy to complete.

Just to show how the battles for the Circle Second look like (Sorry, I forgot to snap the second round),

First round: Barkhein mother

Third round: Sandrian Varanus A & B

Fourth Round: Mercenary Troglodyte A, B, C & D

Last round: Catablepas and Mountain ogre

Note: You do not need to complete the last round of Second Circle to activate the town square, Lordly Estate, Fisherman's house and House on the Hill.

After you have done the first four rounds of Second Circle, you can go ahead to Teasan Village to talk with Fedar Betsamin to get another quest "Toizen Ock". Go visit the Stonehorn Farm (70, 127) in Gruffgoat farm, Hawkoria to complete the quest "Toizen Ock", Talk to the only npc in the Stonehorn farm, and then a new quest "The bad neighbor" and a new place Fort Goodneighbor's Guard Station will be activated.

Enter the Fort Goodneighbor's Guard Station, and move to B3, and talk to the npc, Holo, a Drunk Adventurer to activate the Red Roof House, Town Square, Lordly Estate, Fisherman's house and House on the Hill; you have to pay some silvers to the npc.
